Homemade Chocolate-Vanilla Ice Cream for Pirate Party

Chocolate-vanilla ice cream is easy to make and takes little time to do. I found it on a danish website, that also had some info about amount of energy in the ice cream, and though it wasn’t a lot it had, I didn’t copy it.

Here are the ingredients in making the choco-vanilla ice cream (Good for 8 Servings):

  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream
  • 1 liter of chocolate milk
  • 100 g chopped milk chocolate

The procedure for making the choco-vanilla ice cream is:

  1. Let the ice thaw slightly at room temperature for approx. 10 min.
  2. Put half of the ice in a bowl.
  3. Whisk chocolate milk inside, little by little with a hand mixer.
  4. Divide mixture into 8 glasses or cups.
  5. Put the rest of the ice in a bowl and stir the chopped chocolate in.
  6. Gently poor the “chocolate ice” in the glasses / cups.
  7. Serve with long spoons.
